Appraisals for temporary employees should be submitted directly to HR Records at HS 1113 (Intercampus) or 1120 15th Street, HS 1113, Augusta Georgia 30912 (Off Campus); [email protected](Electronically).Mid-year appraisals should be completed on employees who receive Needs Immediate Improvement in any of the performance factors or as an overall rating; also complete for those who received an action plan for improvement.
Please note: the performance appraisal has been update to reflect a four tier evaluation rating scale.

Training is offered on the performance appraisal process for Augusta University.
Performance appraisals are due annually between March 1 and April 30 (please note this time frame has been adjusted from previous years), with a submission date to Human Resources no later than May 15.
Performance appraisals are managed by the Compensation and Performance Management Department.
To make the submission process easier this year, we will be utilizing the Box.The Box is a file sharing and storage service that enables you to securely store your documents "in the cloud" and to access those documents anywhere you can connect to the internet.Each department will provide a contact person and access will be granted for that person.The contact person will be able to view the spreadsheet for the department which will list all employees that are required to have an annual appraisal conducted.The contact person will be responsible for uploading the annual performance appraisals to the Box.If you have not accessed the box before this will get you started.
