( i'm sorry about the glitch at the start of the vid ) Aloha Michelle!
Disclaimer: I do not own any rights to the TV series "Hawaii Five-0"; or the song "She's on fire" (sang by Sylvia Yacoub on The Voice 3). “Hawaii Five-0” Season 7 might once again spark the romantic chemistry between Alex O’ Loughlin’s Steven Mc Garrett and Michelle Borth’s character Catherine Rollins. Lenkov spilled the beans on the role of Michelle Borth’s character Catherine. Lenkov revealed about Catherine Rollins character that “She’s still a part of our show. The idea is to push that story line until next year.” It will be interesting to see what storyline awaits for Catherine Rollins and Steve Mc Garrett in the upcoming Season 7 of “Hawaii Five-0.”In an earlier interview for Entertainment Weekly, Peter M.Lenkov dropped a hint that Catherine Rollins might come back. I’ll be honest with you, if I knew it was going to be the last season this year, she would have definitely been in the show, but because I knew it wasn’t, and it just felt wrong, now I have the luxury of another 25 stories at least, so I can do it in a different way.”From this, it appears that Catherine Rollins‘ story is not yet over.He was asked a question that inquired whether she would return for the next season or not. Although fans missed her in the Season 6 finale of “Hawaii Five-0,” they can expect her to return in Season 7 of the series. The upcoming season might show the two end up tying the knot, something that is not seen in the previous seasons of “Hawaii Five-0.” Nonetheless, it is not officially revealed, and hence, only when Season 7 premieres in September that the truth will be known.
According to TV Line, recently, the premiere date of “Hawaii Five-0” was revealed.
viewers were very fortunate to see a three-dimensional Lt. Other than being a "personal assistant" to Steve Mc Garrett, Catherine, or "Cath" as Steve likes to call her, has protected Mc Garrett's mom (twice on record that we know of), has been seen dangling on the side of a thirteen-floor building, has kicked some FBI butt, has gone undercover for the Five-0 task unit as a roller derby queen, and even has accompanied Mc Garrett to North Korea and helped to bring back the body of a fallen soldier (while shooting some North Korean rebels along the way).
We all saw the softer side of Cath too -- a breakfast date with Gracey, a Halloween movie date with Mc Garrett and some of her surfing prowess. She has been successful in being more than just Alex O'Loughlin's love interest.
Whether it was a 60 second screen moment or an entire 42 minute episode, Borth has demonstrated to her fans that she can deliver the role of Catherine Rollins and make her character stand on her own. And no matter how much (more or less) in speaking lines she gets, Michelle delivers!
The fans applauded Peter Lenkov for promoting her to a series regular in season three. At the end of a Five-0 episode, Catherine seems to be the one woman that Mc Garrett needs and comes home to after an exhausting and brain-wrenching case. She is the woman that makes Steve Mc Garrett normal.
Lots of props must go out to the Five-0 writing team for transitioning Catherine to who she is today and for Michelle injecting "life" into her role. At the end of the day, Michelle Borth is Five-0′s normal too.
